Products shall be paid for in full, upon placement of the order. Accepted payment methods are credit card, debit card and PayPal.
If you wish to cancel your order, you shall notify us within 24 hours, from the time of the order being placed, via email, citing your order number and requesting that your order be cancelled. You will be refunded to the payment method used in the placement of the order. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for a debit card refund to process and up to 30 days for a credit card refund to process.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, you will be entitled to a refund for a limited period of time. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 2015, you must notify us of your intention to cancel the order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us. You do not need to provide a reason for sending back any items. Once we receive the returned goods, you will be refunded to the payment method used in the placement of the order. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for a debit card refund to process and up to 30 days for a credit card refund to process.
Once we receive your order, your goods will be packed and deposited at the post office within 2 working days, starting from the next available working day after the placement of the order. Goods will be shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, and so should be delivered after a following 2-3 working days. Once Royal Mail has taken possession of the goods, we are no longer liable for late delivery of the goods or any damages that may occur to the goods in transit.
